Natural energy boosters are becoming more common as our lives are becoming busier.
Sometimes we need that extra energy in our day-to-day living to help with feeling lethargic
Daily life can be physically draining sometimes, and having a little help along the way can be a great thing, especially the natural way.
Power On Natural Energy
I was recently introduced to the brand Lumity Life when I tried their female supplements
They are a natural supplement supplier that has caffeine-free energy boosters as part of its range. They also have a whole host of other supplements too for other purposes
Natural Energy Tablets
These natural energy boosting supplement come as softgel tablet form. They aren’t the most attractive softgels to look at but being natural it is too be expected
To purchase them you need to buy a 28 tablet supply at a time which retails at £37
They are sent in 2 sealed packets with a supply of 14 in each packet. I am assuming this is to keep them fresher for longer, being soft gels they would likely go hard if left in open packets. I like this idea to keep them preserved for longer, well the unopened packet anyway.
Then they will be fresh when you get round to use them

Power On
This natural energy-boosting supplement was something I decided to try instead of copious amounts of coffee to get me through the afternoons. As much as I love drinking coffee, I find if I have it too late in the afternoon getting to sleep at a reasonable time is an issue.
I was initially quite sceptical of their performance as I had been so used to a caffeine kick. However, they do exactly as I wanted.
They take about 15 minutes to kick in. Maybe slightly less, this is probably different from person to person as the speed at your body breaks the supplement down.
I’ve been using them on days when I have a busy afternoon shift and want to avoid the coffee
So far so good
I get the boost I feel I need without any after-effects.
Plus getting to sleep in the evenings is so much easier
I do feel they are a little on the steep side price-wise, but this is the first one I have found and tried so far

You can get the caffeine tablets like Pro Plus for a lot cheaper than natural ones
Everyone feels and reacts differently to caffeine
