I recently picked up these hair and beauty supplements from Aldi
Something that might come as no surprise, I love the middle aisle in Aldi. Especially when there are new make up and beauty products to try
I have bought so many of the Lacura products and pretty much everything has been fantastic. These Principle Healthcare supplements seemed worth trying too
I have high hopes for these hair and beauty gummies, I have been using them for a couple of weeks now and thought I would let you know about them
Aldi Hair Supplement Gummies
The price as you would expect is very reasonable I think. 60 gummies in the tub, of which you only take 2 a day will cost you £4.99. So less than a fiver for a months worth of hair supplements to help you have stronger, shiny, beautiful hair
They are a mixed berry flavour which I think taste really nice. They are quite sweet and the ingredients contain glucose and sweetener as you would expect if you have every taken any of these types of supplements before
I have tried a number of other well know brands on the market and they compare pretty much the same, apart from the price. If you want to know about Hairburst here is a great review from a blogger friend of mine
The vitamin content is what makes them suitable as a hair supplement
They contain Vitamin A, C, E, D3, B6 and B12. Folic acid, Pantothrnic acid, Zinc, Iodine, Choline and Inositol
The aim is to help combat thinning or weak hair which breaks and wont grow past a certain point
Aldi Beauty Supplement Gummies
These again are the same price £4.99 for the same amount of gummies, and they can be taken along side each other. However, these also supplement your hair as well so you would be doubling up on your hair supplements
The flavour being a sweet strawberry, which is once again quite nice to chew and has a very sweet sugary taste to it
The design is to help with your skin, hair and nails
The ingredients however contain less than what is in the hair gummies. Which would encourage me to take both of the products, so I have been and haven’t had any side effects
You get Vitamin A, C, D3, E, B6 and B12. As well as Biotin, Panthothenic acid, Zinc and Selenium
Like most supplements it is advised to consume them with a food rather than on an empty stomach, this is to aid digestion
I do enjoy taking supplements especially where my hair is concerned
I find I get a noticeable regrowth of my baby hairs around my hair line especially, when I have taken other brands
When trying a new supplement it is usually best to have a 3 month trial to see any results so I am still in the early stages
However, in comparing the ingredients of these and other well know brands, they are the same
With how quick these products tend to sell out I would say if you are looking to try a hair or beauty supplement for only £4.99 a tub, quick get yours ASAP
I did personally buy enough of both to go for the full 3 months and I look forward to the results from these Hair And Beauty Supplements From Aldi
Maybe I’ll try these – they sound brill – great price
Found them at my Aldi well the hair ones were the only ones left. I bought 3 months supply such a bargain fingers crossed they work
I love Aldi’s. I use all their skincare products, shampoo’s & conditioners, body lotions and make-up. They’re good and affordable.
Appreciate it for helping out, fantastic information

I wish I knew… Aldi don’t always restock products even popular ones like these. I wish I had bought a longer supply now as I am really pleased with them
