I recently bought myself some Nip and Fab liquid gold highlighters and I love them. These were part of the Pro MUA Haul Luxe Gold edition which was a bargain
The first liquid highlighter I used was the Iconic London one when they were launched. I haven’t looked back as I find them so versatile and I am loving the glow up look
I don’t own anywhere near as much Nip and Fab make up as I should or would like to, so treated myself recently
These nip and fab liquid gold highlighters deserve a closer look. I only bought these 3 from the collection but there are a few others as well
To start with they are an absolute bargain at only £12.95 each and they are 15ml bottles
The bottles have little pipette applicators, which aren’t the best at picking up the product but a little goes a long way
Ice Queen
Ice Queen is the lightest tone of the 3 colours. Is probably more suited for fair and light skin tones
Is a pearlescent icy look quite intense on the cheek bone as a high light. I have also used it as a primer under my foundation and the ice white is dulled down which for me personally this is what I would use this colour for than highlighting
24 Carat
The 24 carat contains pieces that sparkle. This is very much a warmer high lighter colour and would look fab on all skin tones
This for me isn’t an everyday high light more when you want that exceptional glow
More a pot for everyone and it’s silky smooth texture is lovely to apply. Once again a little really does go a long way with this colour
Deep Gold
My favourite of the 3 that I got was deep gold. Very much more a metallic molten liquid than sparkle
A very summery golden bronze colour which works really well as a primer too. I have used it as an eyeshadow which looked really good and blends well with a base
These are the 3 colours swatched on my arm
All 3 are very welcome make up editions. I see them being used more so for glamorous occasions and events as they are high shine rather than day to day
Shop the Nip and Fab range here, and keep your eye out for their amazing sales
If you can’t seem to find your Summer Glow In Autumn these will definitely help
The colours look nice but I’m not sure the pipette is the best way to use these.
